Juanita Tolliver's Biography
Juanita Tolliver is a Political Analyst for MSNBC and host of the “What A Day” podcast on Crooked Media. She was veteran political strategist and political analyst with years of experience developing and executing communications and public engagement strategies for candidates, non-profit organizations, and state and local campaigns.
During the 2020 election cycle, Juanita served as the National Political Director for Supermajority where she led the organization’s electoral strategy, stakeholder engagement, and polling/research initiatives. Prior to joining Supermajority, Juanita served as the Director of Campaigns at the Center for American Progress where she shaped the narrative around progressive policy outcomes and led advocacy campaigns in partnership with candidates, elected officials and progressive organizations. She also frequently writes for The Grio.
Juanita is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
