Management Today has published it’s annual list of 35 high-achieving women under 35, advising readers to “meet your next boss”.

The spread prominently features Kathryn Parsons, founder of digital education company Decoded. Also featured in the Sunday times, the list serves as a prominent guide to present talent across a number of fields.

Here’s what they said about Kathryn:

Kathryn Parsons is a tech evangelist who decries the lack of women in science and technology. “What I hear from the women who come and learn with us is, ‘I can’t do this — my brain doesn’t work this way.’ I have to ask who created this myth,” she said.

Kathryn co-founded Decoded, which claims it can teach anyone to write computer code in a day. She is one of two entrepreneurs on the cover of this year’s 35 Women Under35 edition of Management Today.
