Winston Clements's Biography

Winston Clements is a renowned international speaker, content creator, mentor and life coach interested in supporting global organisations to create and foster inclusive cultures. He is highly sought after for his keynote addresses on issues regarding anti-racism, disability awareness, leadership and resilience.

Born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a condition that causes extremely fragile bones, Winston has endured over 200 fractures in his life and uses a wheelchair. He has not let the disorder stop him, he believes limitations are just an illusion and his mission is to inspire 1 billion people to unlock their full human potential.  He is a universal icon who has shared his story on many global stages and conferences and appeared on multiple media platforms, including leading outlets like BBCToday Show Australia and Good Morning America.

He is the global keynote speaker for Positive Spin International, an organisation he co-founded in 2018 that provides business skills training and services for companies and team events focusing on inclusivity and diversity. He also serves as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for the organisation and hosts the popular podcast Born 2 Win.  Winston is also a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant for EW Group, the UK’s leading diversity consultancy firm that helps UK-based and global organisations foster inclusive environments free from unconscious bias.

Since 2021, he has been a YouTube content creator and co-creator on his channel WinstonSpeaker, and the channel he shares with his wife, The Clements. He is Co-Founder and Lead Coach at Talk Less Do More Mastermind, an initiative founded in 2019, aiming to help entrepreneurs, business owners, and ordinary individuals discover and unleash their life vision.

Since 2019, Winston has served as a mentor for Migrant Leaders, an independent UK charity programme that works with young UK migrants to inspire and encourage them to seize opportunities they deem beyond the bounds of possibility.

Before becoming the extraordinary speaker he is today, Winston used the Bachelor of Computer Science degree he obtained from the University of Westminster to practise in the technology industry as a consultant for over a decade.

As a global keynote speaker, Winston has delivered inspirational sessions for various audiences and conferences, including TED and his speeches have ongoing transformational effects on organisational culture and performance.
