Winston Clements's Biography

Winston Clements is a renowned international speaker, content creator, and advocate for inclusion.  He is highly sought after for his keynote addresses on issues regarding anti-racism, disability awareness, leadership and resilience.

He was born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), a condition that causes extremely fragile bones, and has endured over 200 fractures in his life.  He was predicted to live a life of isolation and pain.  As a young person, he struggled with loneliness and frustration, seeing his siblings and friends from the sidelines was a constant reminder of how different he was.  Many people with OI do not make it beyond childhood.  Despite this, Winston considers himself one of the lucky ones, and he did not let his condition hold him back.  He credits his positive attitude to his Christian faith, as well as the support he received from the people around him.

He now helps others to fight against their limitations to unlock their full human potential.  He works with organisations to help improve disability awareness and consults on anti-racist practices.  He is passionate about supporting the world’s leading organisations to create cultures that are truly inclusive for all.  He has shared his story on many global stages and conferences and appeared on multiple media platforms, including leading outlets like BBCToday Show Australia and Good Morning America.

He is the Co-Founder and global keynote speaker for Positive Spin International, an organisation which provides skills training on diversity and inclusion for businesses. He is an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for the organisation and hosts the Born 2 Win podcast.   He is a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant for EW Group, the UK’s leading diversity consultancy firm. Since 2019, Winston has been a mentor for Migrant Leaders, an independent UK charity programme that supports young migrants. He is Co-Founder and Lead Coach at Talk Less Do More Mastermind, an initiative founded in 2019, aiming to help entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals to achieve their life vision.  Winston is also a leading YouTube content creator and co-creator for ‘WinstonSpeaker’, and the channel he shares with his wife, ‘The Clements’.

He completed a degree in Computer Science at the University of Westminster, and worked for 10+ years as a Consultant for global tech corporations.

As a global keynote speaker, Winston has delivered inspirational sessions for various audiences and conferences, including TED, Google and Disney.   His speeches have ongoing transformational effects on organisational culture and performance – and his ultimate mission is to inspire 1 BILLION people to unleash their full human potential.
