Victoria Evans's Biography
Victoria Evans is a sports and media lawyer, and in March 2022 broke a Guinness World Record by becoming the fastest woman in history to solo row the Atlantic on the Trade Winds I Route. This expedition saw her row 2559 nautical miles from Tenerife to Barbados in a blistering 40 days.
Having qualified as a commercial and intellectual property lawyer in 2010, Victoria has held roles at some of the largest sporting organisations globally including Adidas, UEFA, World Sailing and Red Bull Media House. It was during her time working in Switzerland that she developed a love of adventure sport, successfully completing summits of Mont Blanc, Gran Paradiso and Kilimanjaro.
A passionate advocate for women in sport, she uses her unique mix of legal knowledge and athletic experience to drive policy changes that create positive developments for gender equality in sport.
Victoria draws on her remarkable experience, expertise and valuable insights to share her views and perspectives with business audiences internationally. She covers many topics including the importance of resilience, strategy, team work, culture, mindset and high performance.
