Steve Chapman's Biography
Steve Chapman (also known as Stevexoh) is an artist, writer, philosopher and respected thought leader on the subject of human creativity and culture.
He has worked with over 80 organisations in many sectors to help liberate the creative spirit of the human beings within them and is a much sought-after speaker, coach, consultant and podcast guest. Before setting up his own business Steve spent 20 years in various roles in the corporate world with his last role being as global director of Leadership and Organisational Development for a multi-national blue-chip organization.
Steve is a renowned story-teller and has spoken around the world to audiences large and small for in-house corporate events, industry conferences, global speaker events and festivals. Steve’s informal yet informative style of delivering talks has been described as innovative, funny, poetic, mesmerising and inspiring.
He has held roles as visiting faculty on a number of prestigious MSc programmes at Ashridge Business School, The Metanoia Institute and Roffey Park where he has taught creativity, spontaneity, not knowing and creative activism.
As an artist he is known for his distinctive drawings, paintings and strange conceptual art projects such as Sound of Silence (the world’s first silent podcast featuring special guests) and his globally viral (Not a) Lost Cat project. He has sold his artwork across 7 continents, exhibited alongside the likes of Pablo Picasso and David Shrigley and has hosted several successful solo exhibitions.
