Scott Mautz's Biography
Scott Mautz is a high-octane speaker expert at igniting peak performance and deep employee engagement, motivation, and inspiration. He is a former Procter & Gamble senior executive who successfully ran several of the company’s largest multi-billion-dollar businesses, transforming business results and organizational health scores along the way.
Scott is the award-winning author of “Make It Matter: How Managers Can Motivate by Creating Meaning” (2015) and “Find the Fire: Ignite Your Inspiration to Make Work Exciting Again” (2017). He’s also faculty at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business where he teaches meaning-making leadership.
