Patrick Lencioni's Biography
Patrick Lencioni is founder and president of The Table Group, Inc., a firm dedicated to providing organisations with ideas, products and services that improve teamwork, clarity and employee engagement. Patrick Lencioni is a widely acclaimed conference and college keynote speaker.
Pat is the author of eight best-selling books with over 2.5 million copies sold and foreign translation into 22 languages. After six years in print, his book “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” (Jossey Bass, 2007) continues to be a fixture on national best-seller lists. His recent work, “The Three Signs of a Miserable Job” (Jossey Bass, 2007), became an instant best-seller in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and BusinessWeek. Pat’s latest book, “Getting Naked: A Business Fable about Shedding the Three Fears that Sabotage Client Loyalty” (Jossey Bass, 2009) gives consultants insights into the importance of humble service and help them confront their fears of losing the business, being embarrassed, and feeling inferior.
