Naomi Sesay's Biography
Naomi Sesay is a highly respected advocate for diversity and inclusion, with over 20 years of experience in television and media. Throughout her career, she has worked tirelessly to promote social enterprise and empower individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their goals.
Naomi’s most recent roles at Channel 4 included On Screen Diversity Executive and Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to this, she served as Head of Innovation and Diversity for Media Trust. In these positions, Naomi was responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to promote greater diversity and inclusion in the media industry.
Naomi is also a highly sought-after speaker and trainer, having delivered workshops and training sessions for a wide range of organizations, including Google, YouTube, NBC Universal, and MTV. She is an expert in emotional and cultural intelligence, and challenges audiences to examine their own biases and assumptions in order to create more inclusive workplaces.
