Meg Pagani's Biography
Meg Pagani is an Italian award-winning entrepreneur, speaker and thought leader in the fields of power, new leadership and the art of bridging old and new paradigms.
With a unique background as a Fine Arts student and professional volleyball player, her passion for activism, technology, and behaviour led her to live and travel across over 30 countries to study models of growth, transformation, and impact – working with local cultures, ancient traditions, and emerging sciences.
With over a decade of experience in social innovation and purpose-driven strategy, she became interested in what she calls “The Other Side of Impact” – the hidden architecture of intentions, beliefs, and behaviours that shape our organizations, systems, and the economy.
Through her work as Head of Impact and Advisor to executives, investors and international organizations she uncovered new dimensions of power and leadership, and she believes that we can’t talk about “impact” or “purpose” without looking at power first – or we’ll continue to re-create the same extractive and destructive mechanisms even with our “to do good” initiatives.
Today, Meg works as a translator and bridge-builder between the current economic and business paradigm and the “other ways of knowing” – philosophies, indigenous cultures, and ancient traditions whose practices can inform new leadership, economic and system models aligned with the principles of nature, regeneration and inter-being.
Meg is directly involved with indigenous communities in Latin America, she teaches as Guest Lecturer and Executive Programs professor (Politecnico of Milano, Bocconi University, Nova SBE, Universidade Catolica de Lisboa) and is a member of the Global Regeneration Colab. She won numerous awards, including top 100 women to Watch, Forbes 30under30 founder and Fortune 40under40 talent.
Her keynotes and sessions are described as “inspiring, thought-provoking, funny and unforgettable”.
She is unique in breaking down complex concepts into digestible and practical chunks, and in turning inspiring information into actionable, tangible steps ready to activate individuals and organizations in different parts of the world.
