Martha Wikstrom's Biography

Martha Wikstrom (also known as Marty Wikstrom) is a seasoned brand and retail executive with over 30 years’ experience in global executive roles.

She is a founding partner of Atelier Fund, specializing in the acquisition and development of luxury brands. She currently sits as a Board Director of Fortnum & Mason, Johnstons of Elgin, The Rug Company, Farrow & Ball and Harrys of London, Ltd. Ms. Wikstrom was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Bally International Ltd. and Space.NK, Ltd.

As Chief Executive Officer, Martha Wikstrom led the Fashion and Accessories brands of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA. She also served as both a Non-Executive and then Executive Director of the Board, sitting on the Nominations Committee, the Group’s Management Committee, the Chairman’s Committee and the Strategic Product and Communications Committee.

Ms. Wikstrom served as the Deputy Managing Director and then Managing Director of Harrods, Ltd. She was a Board Director of Harrods Holdings Ltd, Harrods Estates and Kurt Geiger, Ltd where she was also the interim Chief Executive Officer. She is also the only female director of Harrods in its 182 years of existence.

Prior to joining Harrods, Ms. Wikstrom spent 19 years at Nordstrom, Inc. where she rose from a part-time sales assistant to President of the Full Line Stores Group.
