Marcia Zander's Biography
Marcia Zander is a senior Silicon Valley technology executive focused on creating value for companies through growth, with a particular focus on Sales and Margin. She was a core member of the team that created the semiconductor company NetLogic in 1999, taking it public in 2004. The company grew rapidly with global reach, and eventually sold to Broadcom in 2012 for $3.7B.
After completing the integration of NetLogic into Broadcom, Marcia became the Vice-President of Broadcom EMEA Sales. In 2015, Broadcom was then purchased by Avago for $37B, in what Bloomberg called “the biggest technology acquisition ever”.
Marcia is an American national currently residing in London. She advises boards of global companies to start-ups with a focus on growth across the technology, digital, consumer and fashion sectors. Marcia also acts as a mentor for young entrepreneurs and female executives.
