Johan Attby's Biography
Johan Attby is a seasoned executive and a serial entrepreneur with a passion for building game changing businesses.
Johan is the founder of Tific, a support automation platform he set up in 2000. Developing the idea from scratch, he raised venture capital and turned it into a highly profitable company with a rapidly growing international customer base, successfully expanding from Sweden – where the company was started – into North America. Used by some of the world’s leading ISVs, it was successfully acquired by PlumChoice, Inc. in 2011 – the leading provider of premium technical support in North America.
Johan is currently the CEO and co-founder of FishBrain, the leading app and social network for the world’s biggest hobby – sport fishing. With the FishBrain app anglers worldwide can: log their fishing trips and catches and share them with friends and followers; get intelligent fishing recommendations on when, where and how to fish to catch more and bigger fish.
Johan has also been an advisor to and board member at multiple early stage hi-tech companies, and is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, bringing European tech-businesses to Silicon Valley and social networks.
