Jessica Kriegel's Biography
Jessica Kriegel is an industrial-organisational psychologist, author, and speaker with over fifteen years of experience working in human resources and consulting, helping organisations build cultures that unleash the potential of their people. As a keynote speaker, she frequently presents various topics related to workplace culture, change management, human resources, leadership development, and performance improvement.
Since mid-2022, Jessica has been the Chief Scientist of Workplace Workplace Culture at Culture Partners, pioneering the research and processes needed for organisations to create a confident, creative and results-driven culture. She has been a professional keynote speaker since 2016, addressing topics related to workplace culture and using her expertise to create intentional workplace cultures that drive strategic execution to achieve business results.
Before becoming a full-time speaker, Jessica was the Chief People and Culture Officer at Experience.com, overseeing the challenges of managing different cultures and building intentional cultures. Her other previous roles include Organisational Development at Oracle and Senior Training Consultant at Taleo.
As one of the leading organisational psychology pioneers, Jessica is the author of Unfairly Labeled (2016), where she argues that the concept of generational differences is an unfair generalisation. The book covers the vast differences and motivational factors across different generations
with guidance on how to best address them to facilitate intergenerational understanding. She also created The Cultural Transformation Guide, providing an overview of the main components required for culture change.
Jessica is a solid academic, obtaining several qualifications from various institutions. She holds a Doctor of Education in Human Resources Development Educational Leadership from Drexel University, a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is currently enrolled at the Pacific School of Religion, studying towards a Master of Divinity in Theology.
