Jamie Catto's Biography
A creative catalyst, world-renowned musician and mischief maker, Jamie Catto‘s passion is to help individuals and organisations maximise their potential and become the best possible version of themselves.
Jamie believes that most organisations are being hugely limited by intolerable levels of stress, boredom and lack of personal engagement in the workplace.
Success is only sustainable when individuals and teams are personally engaged with the work, with each other and especially with themselves and their own unique gifts.
Inspired and fulfilled people expend less energy, discover unexpected reserves of untapped skills and do measurably better work – benefiting everyone in the team.
Taking this philosophy as a starting point, Jamie has developed techniques – which can be used in a keynote, seminar or 1×1 context – to help groups raise levels of sensitivity and awareness in all challenging situations, and to help them use these challenges to propel the company’s mission forwards.
Jamie first came to prominence as a founding member of the legendary British dance music group Faithless, before going on to form the the double-Grammy nominated, global music and film project 1 Giant Leap. In 2016, he published Insanely Gifted: turn your demons into creative rocket fuel (Canongate).
