Inez Robinson-Odom's Biography
Inez Robinson-Odom is a dynamic leader in media, education, and executive coaching with over 3 decades of experience driving innovation, equity, and empowerment. From producing award-winning films to coaching professionals in global organizations, her work has consistently championed positive change and personal growth.
She holds a master’s degree in communications from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of New Hampshire. Inez began her career in media, producing the award-winning short film Color of Justice while a graduate student at Stanford University and contributing to the seminal PBS documentary series Eyes on the Prize. Her passion for storytelling and advocacy led her to develop and lead national law enforcement media training programs, where she produced, directed, and wrote educational content on critical topics such as threat assessment, domestic violence, and elder abuse.
In academia, Robinson-Odom has inspired students as an adjunct professor at the University of California San Diego and Southwestern College, where she taught media and communication. Her ability to bridge theory and practice has left a lasting impact on her students and colleagues.
Inez serves as Vice President of Professional Development at TEAM LEWIS, a global integrated communications agency. In this role, she coaches and mentors professionals, providing innovative learning and development programs that foster a culture of excellence and inclusion. Through one-on-one coaching and team-building initiatives, she empowers individuals to reach their full potential while strengthening organizational culture.
Beyond her corporate and educational achievements, Robinson-Odom is the CEO and executive producer of Miss Inez’s School of Home Training and IMO Productions. These ventures create and distribute inspirational and educational content across diverse platforms, reflecting her lifelong commitment to inspiring greatness in others. She is also the co-author of “The Silent Rebellion,” a book exploring the challenges of traditional leadership and offering insights into becoming a better leader.
