Ian Hislop's Biography
Ian Hislop is a very well-known journalist and satirist with a career spanning more than four decades. As a keynote speaker, he is sought-after for his wealth of experience. He has spoken worldwide, sharing his insights on communication, leadership and more.
Since 1986, Ian has been the Editor of Private Eye, a biweekly satire and current affairs news magazine. In 1990, he joined the BBC comedy quiz show Have I Got News For You, appearing as a team captain in every episode of the show. He also partnered with long-time co-writer Nick Newman on the creation of Gush, My Dad’s a Prime Minister, The News at Bedtime and Murder Most Horrid.
