Fiona Reynolds's Biography

Fiona Reynolds is an expert on advancing sustainability issues across the private sector in both business and investment. She is the former CEO of Conexus Financial, an Australian publishing and events company that focuses on the institutional and advised investment markets.  She is a keynote speaker on several topics including policy, strategic planning, responsible and sustainable investment, CSR and nonprofit organisations.

Fiona was CEO of Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), a position she held from 2013-21. The PRI is a UN supported organisation with over two thousand signatories who collectively represent over eighty trillion dollars in Assets Under Management. It is the pre-eminent global organisation for responsible investment practices and the integration of environmental, social, and governance issues across the investment chain.

Prior to joining the PRI, Fiona was the CEO at the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) an association for Australian asset owners. She has formerly been a Director of AUSfund, Industry Funds Credit Control, Australia for UNHCR and the National Network of Women in Super.

Fiona has been a member of the UK Government Green Finance Taskforce. In 2018, she was named as one of the twenty most influential people in sustainability globally by Barron’s magazine and by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s one hundred women of influence for her work in responsible investment globally.
