Duncan Wardle is Head of Innovation & Creativity at Disney and a keynote speaker on innovation and creativity, and inspires companies to incorporate best practices into their culture.

Duncan has worked alongside teams at Disney Parks, Marvel, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Animation and Imagineering, with a focus on creating amazing consumer experiences through innovation and creativity. He continues to bring his Disney experiences to companies across the globe to inspire and ignite innovation, creativity, magical storylines and amazing experiences for their consumers.

Duncan has spoken for audiences across the world, including at multiple TEDx events. He regularly contributes to publications including Fast Company, Harvard Business Review and Forbes. He has also delivered Innovation and Creativity Masterclasses at Harvard and Yale.

He has been the recipient of awards including the American Citizen Award, presented at the White House, as well as an Honorary Doctorate from Edinburgh University and the Duke of Edinburgh Award, presented by her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth.
