Diana Rodgers's Biography
Diana Rodgers is a “real food” Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, author and podcast host. She runs an active nutrition practice, helping individuals with their weight, metabolic and intestinal issues and recovering their health through diet and lifestyle. She is also an author and host of The Sustainable Dish Podcast.
She speaks at universities and conferences internationally about nutrition and sustainability, social justice, animal welfare and food policy issues. She’s also working on a new book and film project, Sacred Cow, exploring the important role of animals in our food system.
Diana is also the Consulting Dietician to several gyms and organisations such as: Nom Nom Paleo, Whole30, Robb Wolf, Savory Institute, and The Farm to Consumer Legal Defence Fund. She is also a regular contributor to several blogs and her work has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, Outside Magazine, Mother Earth News and MindBodyGreen.
