Daisy Auger-Dominguez's Biography
Daisy Auger-Dominguez is a workplace cultural strategist, author and keynote speaker who helps teams build successful cultures by developing their communication, leadership and team-building skills. As a keynote speaker, she draws on her experience as a workplace cultural strategist to inspire organisations worldwide to think creatively about how they can lead with purpose while embracing change to shape the future of work, focusing on making workplaces more equitable, compassionate and inclusive.
Since 2020, Daisy has been a Chief People Officer at Vice Media Group. In this role, she is responsible for organisational growth and employee health, diversity, equity, and inclusivity, as well as for attracting and keeping excellent teams. She is the CEO and Founder of Auger-Dominguez Ventures, where she works with executives and board members, providing leadership advice on bridging the divide between their core beliefs and the experiences of their workers.
Before Vice Media, Daisy was the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Viacom, director of Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategy at Google, Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Organization & Workforce Diversity at Disney ABC Television Group and Managing Director of Executive Search Initiatives at WarnerMedia. Daisy is perhaps best known for her time at Moody’s Incorporated, where she served as Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Acquisition and Manager of the Philanthropy Program.
Daisy published Inclusion Revolution (2022) in line with her pioneering strategic approach and expertise. The critically acclaimed book aligns with her mission to help organisations understand and navigate the intricacies of culture and its impact on work.
Her work has also been featured in several preeminent publications and media outlets such as Time, Harvard Business Review, Forbes, New York Times, Bustle, and Female Funders Fund.
Daisy is widely recognised as a thought leader in workplace diversity and inclusion. As a keynote speaker, she speaks on topics related to diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, and creating inclusive workplaces. She has delivered keynote addresses for numerous organisations, including Microsoft, TEDx, Endeavor, SXSW, and the Aspen Institute.
