Bill Walshe has created & curated some of the most successful independent luxury hospitality brands in the world. Throughout a fascinating ‘trash room to boardroom’ career journey, Walshe has gained an unparalleled understanding of what makes modern luxury brands work, what great leaders need to do to lead successfully, and how to excel at creating happy customers and colleagues.

Walshe is a passionate advocate for placing pride at the heart of every brand culture and journey. In an acclaimed 2017 TEDx Talk, he channeled his success in senior C Suite roles in Europe, The Middle East, Asia and North America into the launch of PRIDEOLOGY®, a groundbreaking pride driven business ideology.

Currently the CEO of the Los Angeles based multi-award winning Viceroy Hotel Group since 2012, Bill’s previous career highlights includes roles as Chief Marketing Officer of Jumeirah, the Dubai based ultra luxury hospitality group whose portfolio includes Burj Al Arab, the world’s most luxurious hotel, and as Head of Sales & Communications for luxury European Hotel Group Kempinski. Walshe’s experience allows him to speak with authority on all aspects of luxury, brand management, service, customer engagement,  communication, business planning & ideology, and leadership.
