Alex Hunter's Biography
Alex Hunter is one of the world’s leading speakers on consumer engagement, consumer behaviour and consumer experience. As Virgin Group’s Global Head of Digital, overseeing the Virgin brand’s entire global digital strategy, Alex was responsible for optimising Virgin customers’ online experience, and maximising their sense of loyalty and engagement with the brand. Alex was also responsible for Sir Richard Branson’s personal digital strategy.
Alex was previously part of the team that founded award-winning airline Virgin America in California. His work there was covered by Time magazine, CNN, and CNBC, amongst others.
As a speaker Alex helps some of the world’s biggest organisations bring “WOW” to their customer experience and branding. Past clients include Volkswagen, Twitter, L’Oreal, Pepsi, GE, Adobe, Shell, Salesforce, Facebook, GSK, and IKEA. In his speeches and workshops, Alex talks about the art and science required to create a long-lasting bond with customers.
