In June we celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride month. It is a time to celebrate our LGBTQ+ community and reflect on how far we have come as a society since Stonewall in 1969. We must also acknowledge the current issues and discrimination still facing the LGBTQ+ community across the world today and work together to bring about positive change.
In the workplace, it is a time for important conversations to be had about how we can offer support as allies, and build inclusive environments where people feel safe, comfortable and able to thrive.
Chartwell represents these speakers who are well equipped to discuss tackling discrimination and bringing about inclusivity and allyship at work.
