Matt Ridley became an internationally bestselling author with the publication of his book ‘The Rational Optimist’. He is also a critic of current climate change policies. Having written about climate change and energy policy for more than 25 years, he has concluded that current energy and climate policy is probably more dangerous, both economically and ecologically, than climate change itself. Today, the UK-based Global Warming Policy Foundation (GWPF) has published prize-winning author Matt’s paper ‘A Lukewarmer’s Ten Tests: What It Would Take to Persuade Me that Current Climate Policy Makes Sense’.

“At the moment, it seems highly likely that the cure is worse than the disease – we are taking chemotherapy for a cold”, Matt writes. You can read Matt’s paper in full by clicking here.
