Kathryn Parsons and Michael Acton Smith now ambassadors for Tech City
Chartwell wish to congratulate Kathryn Parsons – Co-CEO of Decoded, a company which brings digital literacy to thousands – who is now officially on the advisory group for London & Partners and Tech City Greater London.
This new group of ambassadors was announced by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, who outlined his vision to make London the tech capital of the world and drive jobs and growth across the city. Other names Boris added to champion this sector include Gerard Grech, CEO of Tech City UK, and Mind Candy’s Michael Acton Smith.
When welcoming these high-level innovators, Boris said that “there is nowhere to rival London for tech firms to thrive and grow – we have the talent, the investors, and the entrepreneurial spirit…We need to build on this impressive growth and champion London as the global leader for ambitious tech companies.”
