Extreme Weather Events - What Next?
Against a backdrop of fires and floods across the world, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is currently preparing the most comprehensive assessment on the state of global heating, for almost a decade. Experts say that the report will be a “wake up call” to governments across the globe.
The report is likely to play a significant role in guiding global leaders as they gather for the COP26 event in Glasgow in November, focused on dealing with critical climate questions.

The panel’s report takes place as extreme weather events have shaken the US and Canada, Europe and Asia, and the question of the role played by human-induced climate change is being asked more loudly than ever.
The lead up to COP26 is an ideal time to bring in experts to help understand and navigate the challenges presented by climate change.
