Just had the bubbly and erudite Simon Fanshawe, Chair of the University of Sussex, into the office for coffee. He was saying some fascinating stuff on how to leverage difference and diversity within an organisation to foster innovation. A really great speaker who strikes the perfect balance between humour and serious-minded insights on management and organisational change. A very skilled (and provocative) conference chair too!
