This summer plays host to three of the biggest sporting events globally, with EURO 2024, the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games all firmly in the calendar.
 
Not to mention a plethora of equally exciting sporting fixtures dotted throughout the summer months and beyond, including two cricket T20 World Cups, The Championships (known fondly as Wimbledon), as well as the French Open and US Open, The Tour de France, The World Rowing Championships, Formula One World Championship and so very many more.
 
As these athletes prepare to compete, they draw on months and even years of training, in order to achieve excellence in their sport. Months of motivation, hard work, endurance, resilience, performance under pressure – all skills that can be transferred across sectors and industries. We believe there is so much organisations can learn from these extraordinary people.
