Great feedback for Karen Darke

Karen Darke is a British paralympic cyclist, paratriathlete, adventurer and author. She competed at the 2012 London Paralympics winning a silver medal in the Women’s road time trial H1-2.

With such an inspirational life story to offer, it’s unsurprising that she’s a perennial favourite speaker for our clients. She addressed for a premier investment bank recently, and her performance was dubbed “absolutely fantastic”. “She delivered her story and all the associated lessons around leadership, teamwork and motivation incredibly deftly.”

If you’d like to book Karen Darke for a speaking arrangement, please email Leo von Bülow-Quirk.

Go Karen!

After a fantastic opening ceremony to the Paralympic Games yesterday evening we’re champing at the bit to see Karen Darke, Team GB handcyclist and brilliant motivational speaker, in action. She has come a long way since being paralysed after a rock climbing accident at the age of 21: she has climbed Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn and California’s El Capitan, has won the KIMM Swiss Marathon and has hand-cycled the length of Japan. And on Wednesday she will commence her Paralympic campaign in the road race and time trial handcycling events. Go Karen!
