An award-winning journalist, Nadine Dereza is an experienced presenter and accomplished interviewer. She is a popular presenter for corporate events, chairing, moderating and facilitating conferences and live events for a diverse range of clients across many sectors globally. These include senior management, sales, institute and association conferences, economic forums, product launches, awards ceremonies, webinars and consumer & trade shows.
Nadine has presented for CNN, BBC, Sky TV, SABC, Simply Money, Summit TV, and has filmed ‘The Simply Business Show’ for Associated Press. Nadine has a wealth of international experience and has worked in Europe, The Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa and North America.
Nadine interviews Chief Executives and senior management teams on their company’s performance and results, and presents reports on all the major business and financial stories. As London Markets Correspondent for the Financial Times and Summit TV, she was awarded ‘Financial Journalist of the Year’.
Nadine has worked as a Non-Executive Director of WorldSkills London, appointed for a 3 year term for the duration of the project, to ensure this major international skills competition was a great success, and that it produced the maximum impact and a lasting legacy for apprenticeships and vocational education across the UK and around the world. She also sat on their Audit Committee.
Nadine is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and an Ambassador for Workers’ Educational Association (WEA). She is the co-author (with Ian Hawkins) of “Insider Secrets of Public Speaking” (ReThink Press, 2014), which reveals the answers to fifty of the biggest questions that ‘real people’ ask about public speaking of all kinds.
