Matt Dunsmoor's Biography

Matt Dunsmoor Speaker Profile:

Matt Dunsmoor is the Founder and Lead Consultant for Salt & Pepper 30s. Dunsmoor serves as a speaker & facilitator with Simon Sinek’s company Start With Why where he helps companies more clearly articulate their purpose and values. As well he’s also a Partner at Thoughtful Org Partners– a group that helps companies transition from traditional management structures to emergent models.

As a millennial and former college athlete, Matt has an exceptional ability to relate concepts across his various life experiences, allowing him to connect with audiences across the board. His curiosity has lead him into a diverse array of roles, from marketing and sales, to product management and customer service, to helping companies implement organizational governance such as self management and Holacracy.

In 2015, through the organization he worked for, Matt attended a Why Discovery Workshop. After experiencing the process and seeing the impact it had on he and his colleagues, he advocated strongly to bring it into their company culture, eventually becoming a workshop facilitator and trainer himself.

Dunsmoor now conducts workshops and speaking engagements at events on the topics of corporate innovation, purpose-centric work, how to enhance company cultures, and more.

He specializes in innovation, company culture, leadership, and self-management/non-traditional company structures, and through his platform Salt & Pepper 30s, he produces guest columns and videos and provides management consulting, marketing consulting, product management and consulting & contracting relating to evolutionary management & the future of the workplace.

Dunsmoor is a graduate of the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado with degrees in Business Marketing and Political Science.
