We’ve recently been enjoying chatting to Nigel Marsh, the best-selling author of “Fat, Forty and Fired?: The Year I Lost My Job and Got a Life” (Piatkus , 2011).
Nigel, a Brit based in Sydney, is a successful advertising CEO who wrote a couple of very funny books about a mid-life crisis that illuminated what was important in his life. He has since established himself as an in-demand speaker specialising in helping corporate audiences understand how to keep things in perspective, and how to improve work-life balance so that individuals and companies improve their performance and effectiveness. Nigel’s approach is irreverent, funny, moving and very authentic. Here he is in action at TED.
