Technology entrepreneur and expert on how to be memorable, Ben Parr, gives “the truth about driving under the influence of Google Glass” to Cnet.  Not satisfied with Verge’s review of the hands free, head mounted computer for use when driving, Ben put Google’s latest product (still in development stages) to the test, driving from Los Angeles to San Francisco.

Weighing up the pros and cons of the device which some have argued should be banned from the road, Ben concludes: “Is driving under the influence of Glass dangerous? Not if it’s used responsibly…  Politicians should compare using Glass versus using a smartphone on the road before prematurely banning the device on our highways.” His article is interesting as an introduction to the most up to date technology as well as the relating controversial issues.
