AC Grayling discusses the census, and Britain’s increasing sensitivity to diversity

It was very interesting to hear AC Grayling’s views on the recent UK census on Newsnight earlier this week. For him, the numbers showed that Britain has become a more pluralistic and tolerant society, sensitive and appreciative of the diversity of others. Now there’s a positive thought – amidst all the Autmun statement doom and gloom – to take with us into the festive season and into 2013…

Professor Grayling is Master of the New College of the Humanities, and a brilliant thinker and speaker on ethics, religion, the role of business in society and citizenship.
